Manufacturer warranty
The manufacturer covers each product against defects according to their published terms. These vary by brand and product line.

LUMION workmanship & support
For systems we install, LUMION ENERGY provides workmanship and ongoing support terms.
- 2-year workmanship warranty covering installation, wiring, mounting and commissioning performed by LUMION.
- Ongoing repairs, maintenance and monitoring packages available after the standard warranty period.
- Support team reachable by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Workmanship applies to systems supplied and installed by LUMION ENERGY. Excludes third-party modifications, misuse, accidental damage and force majeure events.
