LUMION ENERGY is not a bank, deposit-taking institution or licensed lender, and does not issue loans, set interest rates or make credit decisions.

2. Subject to credit approval

All financing offers are indicative only and subject to formal credit assessment, identity verification, documentation and final approval by the relevant finance partner. Approval criteria, interest rates, down payment requirements, tenors, fees and terms vary between partners and individual applicants. Approved terms may differ from examples shown on our website.

3. Illustrative examples only

Any monthly payment amounts, tenors, total repayments, savings estimates or other financial figures shown on the LUMION ENERGY website, calculator or marketing materials are illustrative estimates for discussion purposes only. They do not constitute a loan offer, a binding quotation or financial advice. Actual figures will be confirmed in writing by the financing partner prior to contract execution.

4. Customer obligation to review

Before accepting any financing offer, customers are strongly encouraged to read and understand the full loan or finance agreement, including the interest rate, any arrangement fees, insurance requirements, default charges, prepayment terms and total amount repayable over the facility term. LUMION ENERGY does not warrant, guarantee or endorse the products, services or conduct of any finance partner. Any dispute, claim or complaint relating to a financing facility should be addressed directly to the named lender or finance provider in accordance with the customer's signed agreement with them.
