1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all website visitors, customers and prospects of LUMION ENERGY, a solar and battery energy systems provider based in Lagos, Nigeria. By using our website, submitting an enquiry or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products and services
LUMION ENERGY supplies solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, balance-of-system components and related engineering, installation, financing and after-sales services. All product information, specifications and imagery on this website are indicative and subject to manufacturer change without notice.
3. Quotations and contracts
Written quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document (typically 14 days). A binding contract exists only when both parties have signed a formal quotation or service agreement and any required deposit or payment schedule has been confirmed.
4. Pricing, payment and taxes
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT and any applicable duties, which will be itemised separately on the invoice. Payment terms vary by project size and are specified in the quotation.
5. Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines are estimates based on stock availability and project scheduling. LUMION ENERGY will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet estimated dates but is not liable for delays caused by third parties, logistics, customs or customer-caused scheduling changes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, LUMION ENERGY's aggregate liability under any contract or in connection with this website is limited to the total amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
